1/2 | cup | lite sour cream | |

1/4 | cup | honey | |
|
|||
1/4 | cup | lime juice | |
|
|||
1 | teaspoon | lime zest | |
|
|||
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish or thinly sliced lime | |||

In a mixing bowl whisk together sour cream, honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Pour over cantaloupe and toss gently. Spoon into serving dishes and top with a thin slice of lime or sprig of fresh mint.
